Team Facilitation and Training
Helping leaders and teams shine
Facts
People perform best in positive, transparent and inclusive environments.
As our workforce is more dispersed than ever across time zones, geographies and hybrid home/office situations, designing and executing workshops and team gatherings which inspire connection, learning and innovation has become critically important.
My Approach
In coaching and training teams, and in facilitating meaningful and productive gatherings and team-building experiences, I strive to create collectives where an embracing of differences, an ability to disagree and commit, and an atmosphere of psychological safety and belonging is respected and cultivated.
I achieve results in these engagements by using a combination of deep preparation, compassion, targeted inquiry, attentive listening (for the spoken AND the unspoken), and an uncanny ability to turn a challenging moment into an “aha” experience.
How it Works
I am delighted to offer a number of ways for leaders and teams to gather and grow, depending on the type and scope of the opportunity. Options include but are not limited to: onsite, virtual and offsite gatherings, ranging from half day and full day meetings, multiple day events and quarterly periodic gatherings. I customize each engagement to meet client teams where they are and get them where they want to go.
Engagements that get exceptional results often combine team facilitation and/or training with individual coaching for select team members. Engaging in this way facilitates team optimization based on a deep understanding of its members’ individual styles, strengths and areas for growth. Depending on the scope of the project, I expand my team to collaborate with other expert coaches and/or facilitators to ensure you end up with results that achieve or exceed your goals.
