I am a strategic coach, facilitator, and consultant for senior leaders and teams who seek to see better, to be better—and do better. Everything I do is in service to helping clients gain awareness, motivate curiosity, uncover limiting habits and beliefs, and discover new possibilities in order to achieve the results they seek. As a result of our work together, clients emerge with expanded courage, resilience and authenticity, and a greater ability to lead and motivate others to higher levels of performance and achievement.

My Approach

Marrying intuition, focused inquiry, humor, compassion, positive energy, experiential insight and proven strategies and tools, I help clients uncover blind spots, and clarify opportunities, roadblocks and goals, then craft and execute a customized strategy for forward action and measurable success.

Whether coaching, consulting, facilitating or training, my approach is not cookie-cutter nor reliant on any one methodology. In each engagement, I reach into my toolkit to find the resources and expertise that fit, and customize an overall strategy which meets—and often exceeds—my client’s needs and goals.
